I love the velvet rosewood lipstick, so pretty and creamy and also love the tender rose lipliner. I am not a fan of the mandatory credit/return protection mandatory fee. That should be optional. I do love taking advantage of free shipping.

I realized after I ordered my foundation, I ordered the wrong color! Totally my fault. So before I even received my order, I had the correct color on the way and I could turn around and send back the wrong order the day after I received it. So easy, so fast! Great solution to my mistake!

I received the refund sooner than I expected. The return itself was received quickly as well.

I never return for exchanges or store credit unless something happens that makes it so I have to, like a package getting lost in the mail, which did happen to me a few months ago. So every time I've accidentally paid for the "Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges" it was money down the drain. The first few orders I made with Omiana, I thought that purchase was necessary in order to make any returns at all, even for money back. I finally figured out that the wording of it meant it was only to be able to return things for store credit or exchanges, though why that would cost extra when returning for money back is baffling. This last time that I paid for it must have been on accident because I didn't notice it was in the cart. Even though it's now only $2 instead of the $4 I think it used to be, I'm pretty annoyed about that wasted money and I also think it's dishonest to call it "Free" when you have to pay for it upfront. This is a bad business management choice and one where I would expect better from Omiana. I love that Omiana offers clean make up and that there is overall a sense of integrity and ethics with the Omiana company, but this is a policy that needs to go. Just do actually free returns, no matter what form of repayment the customer is expecting.
